Jennifer + Ryan’s wedding at Shannondoe Farm felt like one of those days that had been a long time coming, in the most beautiful way.

After 20 years of building a life together, raising a family, and growing side by side through every season of it all, this day felt less like a beginning and more like a celebration of everything they already are. And when Ryan finally proposed, it just made sense, like their story had quietly been leading them there all along.

Shannondoe Farm couldn’t have been a more fitting venue. Rustic, warm, and full of character, but with this softness to it that made everything feel calm and grounded. For Jennifer, it was especially meaningful being a horse farm. Her love for riding and horses has always been part of who she is, and you could feel that connection woven into the space.

Their ceremony was tucked beneath a canopy of pine trees, quiet and intimate, surrounded by the people who matter most. Earlier in the day, they chose to do their portraits and first look ahead of time so they could stay fully present for their cocktail hour and reception. There was no rushing, no pulling away from the moment, just time to actually enjoy it all.

That was really the energy of the whole day: family, love, history, and a deep sense of “we finally made it here.”
